As a customer consultant in the field, you will represent WENET AG as a renowned property company directly to customers. You embody our values such as trust, professionalism and customer orientation and ensure that WENET AG is perceived as a reliable partner for high-quality property and comprehensive advice. With your professional appearance and expertise, you create trust, strengthen relationships with customers and thus make a significant contribution to the long-term success of our company in the property sector.

Door-to-door presentation of the company to arouse the interest of potential customers.
Generating successful customer appointments
Their primary goal is to arrange successful appointments with potential customers. This includes recognising the customer's needs and interests during the conversation and providing appropriate offers and solutions that meet these needs. The aim is to build lasting relationships and generate high-quality leads through targeted dialogue and a convincing manner.
Daily reporting of the generated appointments
An essential part of your job is the daily documentation and reporting of the generated appointments. You record the relevant information for each call and each appointment to enable transparent tracking. This includes the number of visits and appointments as well as qualitative comments that help the internal departments to respond specifically to customer requests.
Travelling
As part of your job, you will be travelling both at home and abroad. Your assignments will cover various regions, which will give you the opportunity to address a wide range of customer groups and familiarise yourself with market requirements at first hand. You should be willing to travel and be able to react flexibly to market and customer requirements.
Your profile
- Experience in sales is an advantage, but not mandatory
- Strong powers of persuasion and sociability
- Great pleasure in dealing with people
- Class B driving licence
- Very good knowledge of German
- Outgoing and proactive approach to customers
- An independent and autonomous way of working
- A high degree of flexibility (working hours also after 17:00)
- Willingness to work on weekends
- High willingness to travel in the field
