Career changers for the real estate industry

For the first time, we are opening our doors to motivated career changers who want to take the leap into the real estate industry. At the WENET Academy, we will train you to become a real estate professional completely free of charge – practical, structured, and with personal support from experienced specialists.

This position is normally reserved for experienced real estate professionals, but we are making an exception here. We are creating a unique entry-level opportunity for people with an entrepreneurial mindset, ambition, and the will to prove themselves in a demanding environment.

Step by step, we accompany you from industry newcomer to competent real estate expert – who independently advises owners and prospective buyers, carries out real estate valuations and oversees the entire sales process from initial consultation to successful completion.

Technical requirements

No prior knowledge of the real estate industry is required – we will provide you with complete training.
Completed vocational training or equivalent qualification
An affinity for sales, customer service, or customer support is an advantage.
Good German skills, both spoken and written; additional languages are an advantage.
Proficient use of common digital tools (MS Office, CRM systems)
Driving licence category B is an advantage
