Status & Timing after Payment

After your payment, we manually check your listing for completeness, image quality, and correct anonymization. This quality check is usually completed within one business day. In exceptional cases (e.g., missing documents, questions, or a high volume of listings), the check may take a little longer—we will inform you proactively in this case. Your listing will then be submitted to the portals.

Once the review is complete, we will forward your listing to the connected portals. Your listing will usually appear immediately after submission—experience shows it will be online within approximately 4 hours at the latest. However, after submission, the publication and display of your listing are solely the responsibility of the respective portal and therefore beyond our control.

Your listing will be published on major Swiss real estate portals, including ImmoScout24, Homegate, and Newhome. The complete list of portals can be found in our terms and conditions.

You will receive a confirmation email from us as soon as your ad has been published.

If you have not received confirmation after 2 business days of your payment, please contact us at [email protected]. Possible reasons include: missing documents (e.g., proof of ownership), questions regarding the content, or technical problems with image upload.

Duration & after 30 days

Your ad will be online for 30 days from the day it is published — on all portals where it was published.

We will inform you by email 7 days and 48 hours before expiry. You will then have three options:

1. Extend the ad — re-posting costs CHF 88 for 30 days.
2. Deactivate the ad yourself — if you have sold the item or wish to withdraw the ad.
3. Do nothing — the ad will be automatically deactivated after 0 days.

Yes, at any time. You can deactivate your listing yourself in your account: After logging in, you will find the "Deactivate" option under "My Listings". A partial refund of the remaining amount for the remaining term is not possible in the case of early deactivation.

Yes. Extending your subscription for another 30 days costs CHF 88.–. You can request an extension via the link in the expiry reminder email or contact us directly.

Yes. In this case, please deactivate your listing yourself via your account under "My Listings" → "Deactivate". There's no need to notify us. This keeps the portals up-to-date and prevents potential customers from being contacted by a listing that is no longer available.

Who is allowed to advertise? (Ownership requirement)

Insertion 88 is exclusively for owners of properties in Switzerland who wish to offer their own property for sale. Listings on behalf of third parties (e.g., for real estate agents, trustees, acquaintances, relatives, or clients) are not possible via Insertion 88.

We verify ownership to ensure that only authorized individuals can post listings. This protects you as the owner from unauthorized listings of your property, protects potential buyers from fraudulent listings, and meets the requirements of our portal partners.

As proof of ownership, we only accept a current land registry extract (no more than 12 months old). Important: The land registry extract must be in your name and show the property to be advertised.

No, listing number 88 is only available to owners directly. If you are selling as a representative or on behalf of someone else, please contact us at [email protected] — we have standard mandates that cover exactly this situation.

Yes, you can also list a rental property via Insertion 88. However, in this case too, you must be the owner of the property – subletting or property management services are not available through Insertion 88.

If, during our review, we determine that you are not the owner of the advertised property or that other information is untrue or incomplete, your advertisement will not be published or will be deactivated immediately. A refund of the CHF 88 fee is excluded in such cases, and we reserve the right to offset our expenses. Furthermore, in the event of violations of our terms and conditions—particularly in the case of advertising on behalf of a third party without proper proof—we reserve the right to claim a contractual penalty of CHF 1,250, as well as further damages.

Communication with prospective customers

Inquiries from prospective customers will be sent directly to your registered email address. Further communication will then take place directly between you and the interested party — WENET does not act as an intermediary between you and the prospective customers.

No. Publishing your personal contact information (name, address, phone number, email) in the advertisement is expressly prohibited according to our terms and conditions. All inquiries from prospective buyers will be automatically forwarded to you via the WENET platform—your privacy is thus protected. Please ensure that you do not include any personal data in the property description, images, or attachments. In case of violations, we reserve the right to take the advertisement offline without prior notice and to charge for any resulting expenses.

Yes. Insertion 88 is purely an advertising product. You organize viewings, negotiations, and the closing of the sale yourself.

Your contact details will not be shared with or sold to real estate agents or external third parties. WENET itself uses your data in accordance with our Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy for providing the platform, forwarding inquiries from prospective clients, and for its own offers and communications.
