Coordination of all notarial certifications in German-speaking Switzerland, including partial execution.
Preparation and testing of the relevant documents and ensuring legal compliance.
Compilation the necessary documents for all contracting parties.
Counselling and support of our clients (buyers/sellers) during the entire notarisation process.
Close co-operation with our property experts, partners and authorities.
Licence as a notary in German-speaking Switzerland.
Sound knowledge of property law and notarisation procedures.
Structured, precise and solution-orientated way of working.
Excellent communication skills
High customer orientation and ability to work in a team.
German and English (spoken and written); other languages an advantage.
