Preparation and review of relevant documents and ensuring legal compliance.
Compilation of the necessary documents for all contracting parties.
Advice and support to our customers (buyers/sellers) throughout the entire notarization process.
Close cooperation with our real estate experts, partners and authorities.
Zulassung als Notar in der Deutschschweiz.
Fundierte Kenntnisse im Bereich Immobilienrecht und Beurkundungsverfahren.
Strukturierte, präzise und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise.
Hervorragende Kommunikationsfähigkeiten
Hohe Kundenorientierung sowie Teamfähigkeit.
Deutsch und Englisch (mündlich und schriftlich); weitere Sprachen von Vorteil.
