In addition, we also determine the economic creditworthiness of buyers by checking account and custody account statements, which may contain information on bank balances or securities assets. 

As we are almost the only national property marketer and property provider to specialise almost exclusively in property sales, our chances of success are naturally higher that we will find a buyer for you within the foreseeable future, especially as we only look after clients where we assume in advance that we have buyers for their properties in our network and client file or that we can find buyers for them. Otherwise, we communicate this in advance in a personal meeting so that no false expectations arise and the necessary time for the sale is planned accordingly. 

In our experience, a sale takes on average around 2 months or 4 months.
