Location

The quiet, idyllic municipality of Wagenhausen offers a good combination of a residential location close to nature and good public transport connections. A bus stop is just a 5-minute walk away and the nearest train station is a 10-minute drive away. The A81 highway is also just a 5-minute drive away. The scenic surroundings are ideal for long walks and bicycle tours. Water sports enthusiasts will also get their money's worth here, as the beautiful part of the High Rhine is only a few kilometers away. The proximity to Lake Constance also makes the location attractive for commuters. The larger towns of Schaffhausen and Constance can both be reached by car in around 15-20 minutes. There are shopping facilities, an elementary school and a nursery in the municipality. Other schools and kindergartens are located in the neighboring communities.
