Als Prozess-Entwickler / Automation Engineer übernimmst du eine zentrale Rolle in unserem IT-Team am Hauptstandort Pfäffikon SZ. Du entwickelst und skalierst die internen Prozesse und Automatismen, welche unser operatives Geschäft antreiben. Konkret treibst du den Ausbau unseres CRM-Systems Propstack voran, erweiterst und stabilisierst unsere Automations-Landschaft (Zapier, n8n, eigene Skripte) und baust unsere Lead- und Datenpipelines so aus, dass sie mehr Volumen bei gleichbleibender Qualität liefern. Du integrierst neue Datenquellen, arbeitest aktiv an der Erweiterung unserer Systemlandschaft und identifizierst manuelle Engpässe, um diese durch saubere, wartbare Automation zu ersetzen. Dabei stehst du in engem Austausch mit unserem Backend- und Frontend-Team sowie direkt mit der IT-Leitung.
Du denkst in Prozessen, nicht nur in Code, und hast Freude daran, wiederkehrende Abläufe zu automatisieren und nachhaltig zu verbessern. Du arbeitest strukturiert, eigenständig und lösungsorientiert, übernimmst gerne Verantwortung für deine Automationen und siehst dich nicht als Ticket-Abarbeiter, sondern als Gestalter echter Prozess-Ownership mit direktem Wirkungsbeitrag.
