You will take on a variety of administrative tasks in the back office and handle professional communication by e-mail, letter or telephone.
They check and manage purchase contracts with the utmost care and accuracy, from the initial mandate to notarisation.
They accompany and coordinate the notarisation of purchase contracts and ensure smooth processing.
You are available to customers as a competent contact person and support them in administrative matters.
Commercial training with experience in the property or finance sector
Confident handling of MS Office
Precise, structured and independent way of working
High service orientation and strong communication skills
Discretion and a sense of responsibility
Good comprehension and networked thinking
