Location

The property is located in the heart of Valens, in a sunny, quiet and unobstructable location, right next to the well-known Valens Clinic. The Valens Clinic, one of the best-known rehabilitation centres in Switzerland, is just a few metres away and therefore a short walk. The treatments are based, among other things, on the healing thermal water from the Pfäfers thermal spa in Valens. The new bridge, which will soon connect Valens with Pfäfers and Bad Ragaz, will also have a very positive effect on the value of the properties in Valens and simplify public transport connections.
