Debido al cambio de las condiciones meteorol\u00f3gicas, el \"comportamiento de ventilaci\u00f3n\" tambi\u00e9n debe ajustarse en consecuencia en los meses de invierno, pues de lo contrario puede haber sorpresas desagradables en forma de moho en los pisos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u00bfPOR QU\u00c9 DEBO VENTILAR?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Inspirar y espirar permanentemente enriquece el aire de las habitaciones con di\u00f3xido de carbono y reduce el contenido de ox\u00edgeno. Adem\u00e1s, los materiales de construcci\u00f3n (sobre todo en edificios nuevos) o el mobiliario (los art\u00edculos m\u00e1s baratos de algunas grandes cadenas de muebles son aut\u00e9nticos \"vendedores de suciedad\") tambi\u00e9n emiten contaminantes que pueden ensuciar el aire interior.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Todos reaccionamos a una mala calidad del aire interior con cansancio o dificultad para concentrarnos, por ejemplo. Por eso es esencial ventilar con regularidad para garantizar unas condiciones de aire higi\u00e9nicas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Una ventilaci\u00f3n correcta tambi\u00e9n puede y debe evitar la aparici\u00f3n de moho en los hogares. Como principio b\u00e1sico, cuanto mayor sea la humedad en el interior, mayor ser\u00e1 la probabilidad de que aparezca moho.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u00bfQU\u00c9 ES DIFERENTE EN INVIERNO?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Debido a las bajas temperaturas exteriores, tendemos a descuidar la ventilaci\u00f3n para no dejar escapar el \"acogedor\" calor al exterior. En las habitaciones cerradas, la humedad aumenta autom\u00e1ticamente con el tiempo (personas, plantas, cocina, duchas, lavander\u00eda, etc.). En particular, a los hongos del moho les encanta la humedad elevada y, por tanto, encuentran las condiciones ideales. Por tanto, la elevada humedad interior debe sacarse al aire seco y fr\u00edo del invierno mediante una ventilaci\u00f3n intensiva.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

          NO INCLINE LA VENTANILLA<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

          Inclinar las ventanas durante mucho tiempo o de forma permanente es muy perjudicial e incluso favorece la aparici\u00f3n de moho. A trav\u00e9s de una ventana inclinada s\u00f3lo puede circular una cantidad de aire relativamente peque\u00f1a, por lo que la humedad en el interior se mantiene relativamente alta. Al mismo tiempo, sin embargo, las paredes (especialmente en las proximidades de la ventana) se enfr\u00edan considerablemente, lo que puede provocar la formaci\u00f3n de condensaci\u00f3n.
