This development is mainly due to the strong demand for holidays in the domestic mountain regions. The breathtaking and world-famous ski and mountain world, the wide range of leisure activities and the charming village ambience attract guests from all over the world to the holiday hotspot in Switzerland, to Arosa in the canton of Graub\u00fcnden, among others, year after year.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><strong>Holiday flats are particularly popular,<\/strong> which can be used both for personal use and for letting. The prices for these sought-after properties have risen steadily in recent years. <strong>\"Arosa is an absolute top location\",<\/strong> says Kaufmann. \"Demand is enormous and supply is limited.
